Responsibilities

  • Hybrid work routine with in-person and online meetings
  • Initiate contact with clients to offer suitable credit solutions
  • Lead negotiations and build strong client relationships
  • Manage and grow the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct sales visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships
  • Thoroughly analyze clients' repayment capacity, ensuring informed and secure credit decisions

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
  • Experience in credit risk, credit granting, and financial mathematics
  • Negotiation skills and portfolio management
  • Knowledge of the regional market and sales experience
  • Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly
