About the role

  • Client Development Manager responsible for managing relationships and driving growth in the automotive protection business. Field-based role in the UK focusing on dealer partnerships and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop and grow relationships with dealerships and key dealer groups in your territory.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring our products help dealers and OEMs achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences and contribute to the country strategy.
  • Develop, increase and manage Automotive Protection business in line with company guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with dealers, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our dealer network partnerships.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve growth targets and strengthen market position.

Requirements

  • Experience offering F&I products to dealers, including extended warranties and VAPs.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivation and comfort working independently in a field-based role.
