About the role

  • Manager, Total Rewards executing compensation and benefits strategies for healthcare solutions provider. Overseeing HRIS and compliance initiatives within hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the full annual compensation cycle
  • Provide expert guidance to leaders on pay decisions
  • Oversee benefits and pension programs
  • Drive disability management and leave programs
  • Ensure compliance with Pay Equity and Pay Transparency
  • Deliver key reporting and insights
  • Collaborate with global compensation peers
  • Optimize HRIS processes and ensure data integrity
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of progressive HR experience
  • expertise in Total Rewards Management
  • leadership experience
  • strong analytical skills
  • advanced to expert EXCEL skills
  • experience with HRIS systems (Workday or ADP Workforce Now is an asset)
  • CHRP/CHRL or CCP designation preferred
  • bilingual (English/French) is an asset
  • ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
