Creates new editorial formats (magazine, journal, podcast, etc.).
Ensures consistent editorial tone and coherence across all brand touchpoints.
Requirements
Proven experience as an editor-in-chief or in an equivalent senior editorial role.
Background in digital media, social media, online newsroom, or another demanding editorial environment.
Dual editorial and marketing skill set expected.
Strong journalistic and editorial judgement.
Excellent writing skills.
Ability to think like an editor: information prioritization, story angles, narrative, and overall coherence.
Strong knowledge of the social media ecosystem (codes, formats, rhythms, trends).
KPI- and performance-oriented.
Solid understanding of brand content and brand editorial strategy.
