About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the content team (work allocation, scheduling, delivery tracking)
  • Manage team performance, feedback, and development
  • Mentor team members and support onboarding/training
  • Ensure content quality, consistency, and SLA adherence
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and manage priorities

Requirements

  • 8+ years in content/editorial roles with team management experience
  • Experience leading teams of writers, editors, proofreaders, or content specialists
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, quality, and team performance
  • Background in B2B / corporate content environments preferred.
