Responsibilities
- Manage warehousing, inventory control, billing, and seed shipping operations, ensuring product integrity, availability according to demand, and compliance with quality requirements.
- Develop strategic logistics planning and ensure its execution, coordinating the entire logistics chain in compliance with current legislation.
- Plan routes and vehicle schedules, manage carriers, define and organize supplier contracts, control costs and loading orders, and ensure deadlines, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure traceability of seeds and compliance with quality standards at all logistics stages.
- Monitor and analyze logistics cost indicators, customer service level, inventory efficiency, and losses to support decision-making.
- Lead internal teams and third-party providers, promoting continuous development, safety, engagement, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Agronomy, or Logistics.
- Experience in agribusiness, preferably in the seed segment.
- Experience with inventory control and logistics systems.
- Availability for frequent travel.
- Knowledge of the MT, GO, MS and TO regions (Mato Grosso, Goiás, Mato Grosso do Sul, Tocantins).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced English or Spanish desirable.
- Team leadership.
- Communicative, organized, and hands-on profile.
