- Supply Chain Service Operations Partner coordinating between Supply Chain and Central Service. Focusing on operational performance and sustainable solutions in wind energy.
Responsibilities
- act as the strategic interface between Supply Chain and Onshore Central Service
- ensure clear alignment and enable well-founded decisions across all involved areas
- drive the sustainable reduction of Onshore LPF (Lost Production Factor)
- lead the resolution of complex escalations, bringing relevant stakeholders together
- address systemic material and process challenges with a focus on service performance
- represent Supply Chain professionally at senior levels
- lead monthly performance reviews
- create transparency on performance and progress
- drive initiatives in governance and prioritization
Requirements
- Relevant university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable field
- Solid experience in developing supply chain structures, service operations, or optimizing business processes in complex, matrix-organized companies
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives effectively and implementing sustainable, scalable solutions that deliver measurable value
- Proficient in handling data and KPIs, deriving clear recommendations for action and supporting well-founded management-level decisions
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and with audience focus; work effectively with diverse stakeholders across functions, locations, and hierarchy levels
- Comfortable working in turbulent, changeable environments
- Very good German (C1) and good English skills
