About the role

  • UX/UI Designer responsible for crafting engaging E-Commerce sites with psychology-driven designs at Labrigart.design. Collaborating with developers and marketers to optimize user experiences and conversion rates in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Design e-commerce stores that captivate users and drive purchases — from the homepage to checkout.
  • Develop user-friendly and innovative UX/UI concepts that increase conversion rates.
  • Work closely with our developers and marketing professionals to create a cohesive end-to-end experience.
  • Use analytics and heatmaps to continuously discover what works — and what can be optimized.
  • Create and test A/B designs to align data and design.
  • Stay up to date and bring fresh ideas to projects to deliver outstanding user experiences.

Requirements

  • You have experience in UX/UI design.
  • Tools like Figma are part of your daily workflow, and prototyping comes naturally to you.
  • Your portfolio demonstrates that you understand how users think — and you have an interest in psychology.
  • You understand the importance of conversion and are comfortable working with numbers to make the success of your designs measurable.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork are among your core strengths — you’re someone people enjoy working with.
