Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B experience in acquisition-oriented environments (agency, marketing/communications, events, consultancy)
- You understand content end-to-end: idea → production → publishing
- Channel understanding: LinkedIn/Instagram, website/landing pages, newsletter/CRM — and which formats work where
- Close to performance: you think in reach, clicks, leads, proposals, and closed deals
- Data → action: you read the data and build the solution yourself (format, offer, placement)
- Hands-on leadership: guide working students/contractors, set standards, and provide feedback
- Structure & pace: reliable weekly output, clean templates & processes
- Experience with our stack (or comparable tools): Webflow, Customer.io, Surfer, Segment, Pipedrive + Zapier
- Excellent German skills, both written and spoken
