- Nähe zu Performance: Denke in Reichweite, Klick, Lead, Angebot, Abschluss
- Zahlen → Maßnahmen: Du liest die Daten und baust selbst die Lösung
- Führen im Machen: Werkstudierende/Dienstleister anleiten, Standards setzen und Feedback geben
- Struktur & Tempo: Verlässlicher Wochen-Output, saubere Vorlagen & Prozesse
