About the role
- Project Manager coordinating mobile network rollout projects for Vodafone in Germany. Driving project success through stakeholder collaboration and proactive management of risks and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Steuerung und Koordination von Mobilfunk-Projekten mit dem Schwerpunkt Rollout
- Aktives Vorantreiben deiner Rollout-Projekte auf Basis der kundenrelevanten Vorgaben und Daten
- Durchführung von gezielten Deep-Dives mit Stakeholdern zur Klärung komplexer Sachverhalte
- Identifizierung von Risikofaktoren und Beseitigung von Blocking Points im Rollout-Prozess
- Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Review-Meetings
- Aufbau und Pflege von Rollout-Dokumentationen inkl. Statusberichten, Änderungsprotokollen sowie Lessons Learned
- Regelmäßige Abstimmungsrunden und Calls mit dem Kunden und allen beteiligten Teams
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder Studium (Nachrichtentechnik, Kommunikationstechnik, Informationstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder ähnliches)
- Nachweisbare Erfahrungen in der Steuerung von komplexen Mobilfunk-Projekten
- Umfassende Expertise in der Telekommunikation (Infrastruktur von Mobilfunk-Netzen und Rollout)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement (Methoden und Tools) sowie sehr gute Office-Kompetenzen (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft (3 Tage pro Woche in Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart und Düsseldorf)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
