Requirements
Strong compensation and benefits experience
Experience in Total Rewards with strength in compensation design and market analysis
Knowledge of benefits, pension, and wellness programs
Experience in complex or multi‑site environments; union exposure is an asset
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to lead people or programs with a collaborative, inclusive style
Designations (CPHR, CEBS, CCP) are an asset, not a requirement
