About the role

• Project Manager handling mobile rollout projects for Vodafone. Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to drive project success while ensuring effective communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Actively drive rollout projects based on customer-specific requirements and data
• Conduct targeted deep dives with stakeholders to clarify complex issues and identify risk factors
• Early identification and resolution of blocking points in the rollout process
• Identify optimization opportunities in the rollout process and implement improvement measures followed by review meetings
• Create and maintain rollout documentation, including status reports, change logs, and lessons learned
• Regular alignment meetings and calls with the customer and all involved teams

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training or a degree (e.g., telecommunications engineering, communications engineering, information technology, electrical engineering, or similar)
• Demonstrable experience managing complex mobile network projects (including multiple simultaneous projects)
• Extensive expertise in telecommunications (mobile network infrastructure and rollout)
• Solid project management knowledge (methods and tools) and strong Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• High willingness to travel (approx. 3 days per week to Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, and Düsseldorf) as agreed with the customer
• Strong communicator with a results-oriented approach
