About the role
- Project Manager handling mobile rollout projects for Vodafone. Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to drive project success while ensuring effective communication and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Actively drive rollout projects based on customer-specific requirements and data
- Conduct targeted deep dives with stakeholders to clarify complex issues and identify risk factors
- Early identification and resolution of blocking points in the rollout process
- Identify optimization opportunities in the rollout process and implement improvement measures followed by review meetings
- Create and maintain rollout documentation, including status reports, change logs, and lessons learned
- Regular alignment meetings and calls with the customer and all involved teams
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training or a degree (e.g., telecommunications engineering, communications engineering, information technology, electrical engineering, or similar)
- Demonstrable experience managing complex mobile network projects (including multiple simultaneous projects)
- Extensive expertise in telecommunications (mobile network infrastructure and rollout)
- Solid project management knowledge (methods and tools) and strong Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- High willingness to travel (approx. 3 days per week to Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, and Düsseldorf) as agreed with the customer
- Strong communicator with a results-oriented approach
