About the role

• Project Coordinator leading various large projects in building technology for STF Energy, specializing in HLSK. Ensuring smooth project execution and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• You will work as a Project Coordinator for Building Services (TGA) with STF Energy and lead various large-scale projects in building technology, specializing in HLSK (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning).
• Projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, grocery stores and hotels.
• You will take responsibility for overall project coordination, ensure implementation of client requirements and manage the project team to secure smooth processes and on-time completion.
• You will be the main contact for all project-related questions and conduct meetings with clients and project stakeholders (e.g., architects, structural engineers, etc.).
• You will ensure compliance with budgets and schedules, handle project controlling and keep a close focus on all quality assurance measures.

Requirements

• You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA).
• Ideally, you have experience across several trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning) or are specialized in one of them.
• You hold a degree in engineering — preferably with a focus on building services, building services engineering, or a comparable field — OR you are a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK).
• Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management/project coordination/project leadership.
• You demonstrate respectful interaction and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
• You are proficient with common MS Office applications and open to working with new tools.
• You require excellent written and spoken German skills.
