About the role
- Analista N2 responsible for supporting and analyzing POS systems in a regional project. Requires remote work with occasional office presence in Chile.
Responsibilities
- Soporte operativo y funcional de sistemas de Punto de Venta (POS).
- Análisis, gestión y resolución de incidencias de nivel 2 (N2).
- Soporte remoto a la operación regional.
- Coordinación con usuarios finales y equipos internos regionales.
- Escalamiento de incidencias cuando corresponda.
- Cumplimiento de turnos rotativos, incluyendo fines de semana, según malla definida.
- Asegurar la continuidad operativa y mitigación de riesgos en la operación.
Requirements
- Experiencia previa como Analista N2 o Analista de Punto de Venta.
- Experiencia o bases sólidas en soporte remoto.
- Disposición para aprender plataformas Symphony / Harmony y foco en SBX (experiencia previa no excluyente).
- Alto sentido de urgencia, responsabilidad y compromiso con la operación.
- Autonomía, capacidad analítica y orientación a la continuidad del servicio.
Benefits

- Horario: Cobertura de lunes a domingo, entre 07:00 y 23:00 hrs, mediante turnos rotativos, incluyendo fines de semana.
