About the role

  • Marketing Events Analyst managing and executing corporate and marketing events at Stefanini. Collaborating with multiple internal departments and ensuring brand consistency across events.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and execute corporate, institutional and marketing events (in-person, hybrid and online).
  • Manage vendors, partners, contracts, timelines and budgets.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Communications, Sales and Leadership teams.
  • Ensure correct application of the Stefanini brand and positioning at events.
  • Track KPIs, measure results and prepare post-event reports.
  • Support strategic events in Brazil and Latin America, including interaction with global teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Events or related fields.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Communications, Events, Management or related areas (differential).
  • Advanced English (conversational).
  • Experience working in technology companies.
