Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and execute corporate, institutional and marketing events (in-person, hybrid and online).
Manage vendors, partners, contracts, timelines and budgets.
Work closely with Marketing, Communications, Sales and Leadership teams.
Ensure correct application of the Stefanini brand and positioning at events.
Track KPIs, measure results and prepare post-event reports.
Support strategic events in Brazil and Latin America, including interaction with global teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Events or related fields.
Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Communications, Events, Management or related areas (differential).
Advanced English (conversational).
Experience working in technology companies.
