Responsibilities
- Gather and document industrial system requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Evaluate existing industrial processes and propose solutions that add value and improve operational efficiency.
- Install and configure PIMS tools, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives.
- Create interfaces for data collection, optimizing data capture and integrity.
- Define and configure the hierarchical structure of industrial processes in the Asset Framework (AF).
- Configure Analyses and Event Frames for monitoring and analyzing relevant events in the industrial process.
- Develop reports and dashboards that present data clearly and intuitively, facilitating strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and system integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Proven experience with Aveva PI System or similar industrial data management systems.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as VB, C#, Python, SQL, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with databases and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) techniques.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Certifications related to Aveva PI System or data analysis (desirable).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar (desirable).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (desirable).
- Experience in industrial environments (desirable).
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (desirable).
