- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Identity and Groups).
- Experience with migration tools (AvePoint, BitTitan or native Microsoft tools).
- PowerShell experience for M365 administration.
- Analytical skills for resolving complex issues.
- Technical English (reading and writing for opening tickets with Microsoft global support).
- Preferred: Microsoft ADM 365 certifications.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate).
