Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of our enterprise strategy for the organization as a thought partner by challenging the design and implementation of related self-custody processes, procedures and other documentation required for smooth operations in production
- Foster alignment between value streams, manage interdependencies, and deliver value at an organizational level
- Establish risk control procedures to ensure risk excellence across all capabilities
- Partner with testing teams to develop, test, and enhance capability development in UAT and Production
- Manage risks, resources, and stakeholder communications
- Provide regular communication and reporting updates to ensure full transparency and clarity of workstream delivery to digital asset operations leadership teams
- Involvement in people management activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- Ability to excel when faced with the unknown and challenged to develop new ways
- Excellent communication and escalation ability
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and external stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with digital assets and wallets, distributed ledger technology, tokenization is preferred
- Experience in people management
