About the role
- Digital Asset Workstream Testing Lead managing operational testing across digital asset capabilities for State Street. Leading a team and ensuring effective testing for financial services infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall workstream testing management for Digital Asset Operations across a portfolio of value streams to deliver digital capabilities
- Ensure that the digital capabilities execute across systems in alignment with operating model
- Establish testing procedures to ensure robust testing and operational excellence across all capabilities
- Lead test sprints across multiple teams, develop test scripts, execute tests, document results, and ensure timely resolution of identified gaps
- Oversee a team to develop, test, and enhance capability development in UAT and Production
- Manage risks, resources, and stakeholder communications across the test dates
- Provide regular communication and reporting updates to ensure full transparency and clarity of workstream testing delivery
Requirements
- Significant experience in workstream testing management, operations, and controls for digital and traditional products for large financial institutions
- Hands-on experience with digital assets and wallets / distributed ledger technology
- Experience in change management in business transformation initiatives
- Understanding of relevant enterprise financial technology solutions and related governance
- Excellent presentation, communications, collaboration and influencing skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Fluent in English – oral and written – is a must
- Advanced degree(s) in digital (business or technical) – a nice to have
