Responsibilities
- Participate in workstreams as a cash subject matter expert for digital asset operations across a portfolio of value streams to deliver digital asset capabilities
- Foster alignment between value streams, manage interdependencies, and deliver value at an organizational level
- Establish risk control procedures to ensure risk excellence across all capabilities
- Partner with testing teams to develop, test, and enhance capability development in UAT and Production
- Manage risks, resources, and stakeholder communications across the workstream
- Provide regular communication and reporting updates to ensure full transparency and clarity of workstream delivery to both the functional leadership teams and digital asset operations leadership teams
- Involvement in people management activities, leading a team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- 7-10 years of experience working in the financial services industry, including people management experience
- Ability to excel when faced with the unknown and challenged to develop new methods
- Excellent communication and escalation ability
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and external stakeholders
- Hands-on professional or personal experience with digital assets and wallets, distributed ledger technology, tokenization is preferred
