Responsibilities
Manage a team of 4 National Account Managers and 3rd Party Agency overseeing Do It Best and provide strategic leadership to the account and the team
Oversee the development and execution of strategic plans to drive growth for all SBUs for the Do It Best account
Cultivate and manage relationships with Do It Best corporate staff (merchandising, supply chain, finance, sales, account managers)
Oversee assigned objectives for the following areas: sales goals, supply chain, forecasting, budget management, account profitability and account administration, for the two accounts
Through close collaboration with channel teams, develop annual Promotional Plan, New Product launches and the Show Promotions
Drive relationships and provide effective communication to leadership within the DiB
Up to 50% travel
Requirements
BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
8-10 years relevant experience in Sales and/or Marketing Management experience preferred
Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of market (competitors, environment etc.)
Experience in the hardware industry a plus
Ability to travel 50%.
