About the role

  • Channel Marketing Intern supporting senior leaders related to project portfolio management within cross-functional teams at Stanley Black & Decker. Assisting with consumer data analysis and product line maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to senior leaders related to project portfolio management within cross-functional teams
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing consumer data from various sources, such as surveys, market research reports, and customer feedback, to identify patterns, trends, and consumer preferences
  • Assist in the maintenance of major product lines in retail, commercial, and industrial settings
  • Assist with pricing, promotional strategies, and merchandising strategies working with field sales team to conduct competitive analysis
  • Aids in analysis of the product lifecycle process

Requirements

  • Be a rising junior or senior with a target graduation date of 2027 or 2028
  • Actively pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or other related fields
  • Maintains strong academic credentials
  • Exemplifies strong collaboration, excellent time management, problem-solving capabilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a basic knowledge of marketing principles and concepts
  • Successfully manages strong academics alongside extracurricular activities
