About the role

  • Recruitment Administrator providing administrative support across recruitment lifecycle in a hybrid role. Ensuring smooth coordination of hiring activities with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage shared recruitment mailboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses to candidate and stakeholder inquiries.
  • Communicate with candidates on behalf of recruiters regarding application status, interview schedules, and general recruitment updates.
  • Post job openings accurately within the applicant tracking system and across relevant online job portals.
  • Maintain and update candidate information, job postings, and recruitment documentation within recruitment systems.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistical arrangements, ensuring calendars and records are kept up to date.
  • Support recruiters with administrative tasks related to sourcing, screening, and pipeline management as required.
  • Ensure recruitment processes adhere to internal guidelines, data privacy standards, and documentation requirements.
  • Prepare basic recruitment reports and assist with tracking recruitment metrics when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment administration, human resources support, or a similar role.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and online job boards.
  • Proficiency in email management, document handling, and standard office productivity tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining recruitment records and correspondence.
