About the role

  • Salesforce Architect responsible for configuration, customization, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Collaborating with business teams to drive continuous improvement in process and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and design Salesforce solutions.
  • Participate in all phases of the project life cycle: analysis, design, development, testing, and post-production support.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, workflows, Process Builder flows, Visual Flows, and Communities.
  • Handle release management and deployments across sandbox and production environments.
  • Manage user testing, including test plans and test cases.
  • Maintain process documentation, configuration documents, and user guides.
  • Design Salesforce reporting, including Conga solutions.
  • Manage and troubleshoot 3rd-party integrations (e.g., Jitterbit).
  • Assist with Salesforce data migration using Data Loader and other tools.
  • Perform unit testing and participate in UAT.
  • Mentor and train state development resources.
  • Log, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Salesforce platform development & architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community)
  • 3+ years of SFDC design, analysis, configuration, customization, and coding
  • 3+ years experience with SFDC data model, data migration, and integration capabilities
  • 3+ years experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Outlook Connector, Jitterbit)
  • 3+ years experience working in SCRUM/Agile development environments
