About the role

  • Senior Manager for Marketing Operations at SpringWorks Therapeutics supporting commercial success of rare tumor medications. Overseeing budget management, print operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, measure, and drive continuous improvement of National POAs, print and fulfillment operations, budget management, and centralization of resources for the Rare Tumor Commercial Team.
  • Support three separate brands teams making up two therapeutic areas to support the commercial success of the business unit.
  • Involve a high level of cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and creative problem solving, and project management skills.
  • Become a champion for evolving processes and operations to be more efficient and effective for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, market access, compliance, medical, legal, regulatory, and professional organizations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience, including at least 2 years in Marketing Operations and/or project management
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and promotional regulations; experience in high‑risk contracting environments
  • Proven project and vendor management skills, including budgeting, prioritization, logistics, and performance oversight
  • Ability to lead national POA planning (preferred), with experience in sourcing, procurement, or meeting management
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across cross‑functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment
  • Operates with urgency, efficiency, flexibility, and attention to detail in a rapidly changing environment
  • Experience in oncology and/or rare diseases and product launches (preferred)
  • Excellent communications skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing; track record of effective and influential presentations to external and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Embody the organization's values to act with empathy and humility to drive a culture that takes ownership and accountability for their individual and teams’ performance.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors effectively and clearly in a remote hybrid work environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally 50% travel required; including overnight stay driven by business need.
  • This position must be able to work East Coast hours.
