Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple product, marketing, engineering, and cross-functional teams teams.
Define and track success metrics tied to member growth and program impact, using insights to continuously refine priorities and improve outcomes.
Create and manage comprehensive program plans - including clearly defined success metrics tied to member growth and timelines - ensuring measurable impact and on-time delivery.
Translate complex program data into clear, actionable updates for senior stakeholders - highlighting progress, risks, and business impact to support informed decision-making.
Drive clear communication and alignment across stakeholders. Continuously gather and apply stakeholder feedback to enhance the quality, reliability, and impact of program outcomes.
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers - facilitating resolution and tradeoff decisions.
Foster continuous improvement by implementing scalable processes, retrospectives, and feedback loops.
Requirements
7+ years of program management, product operations, project management experience within a high-performing tech org, preferably embedded in product, engineering or marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, including communicating effectively to the executive level.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Coda)
Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume and frequency of detailed requests, some of which require a tight turnaround
Proven self-management, time-management and organizational skills
Analytical mindset for prioritizing and decision-making.
