Responsibilities
Lead technology strategy execution and engineering operations across the organization
Partner closely with Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, and technical leadership
Improve delivery predictability, release confidence, and overall developer experience
Analyze existing Developer Experience (DX) and engineering performance metrics
Define and implement standardized engineering metrics and dashboards
Streamline engineering operating processes to improve flow and increase team autonomy
Assess and create a roadmap for high-confidence releases
Identify opportunities for automation across engineering workflows
Requirements
8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in an Engineering Manager or equivalent leadership role.
Strong background in engineering operations, delivery metrics, and technology execution at scale.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, QA strategies, test automation, and modern deployment practices.
Proven ability to define metrics, analyze data, and drive meaningful change based on insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across engineering and leadership levels.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where it does not yet exist.
