About the role

  • Technology Strategy & Operations Senior Manager driving engineering excellence and operational strategies for mental health solutions. Collaborating cross-functionally to improve developer experience and delivery metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technology strategy execution and engineering operations across the organization
  • Partner closely with Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, and technical leadership
  • Improve delivery predictability, release confidence, and overall developer experience
  • Analyze existing Developer Experience (DX) and engineering performance metrics
  • Define and implement standardized engineering metrics and dashboards
  • Streamline engineering operating processes to improve flow and increase team autonomy
  • Assess and create a roadmap for high-confidence releases
  • Identify opportunities for automation across engineering workflows

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in an Engineering Manager or equivalent leadership role.
  • Strong background in engineering operations, delivery metrics, and technology execution at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, QA strategies, test automation, and modern deployment practices.
  • Proven ability to define metrics, analyze data, and drive meaningful change based on insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across engineering and leadership levels.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where it does not yet exist.
