About the role
- Full-Stack Software Engineer responsible for building Spriggy’s flagship product experience. Collaborating in a hybrid environment while addressing customer needs and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of our flagship product experience as part of a collaborative engineering team
- Balance rapid delivery with a strong focus on quality, stability, scalability, and security
- Work with other engineers to design and build scalable solutions to technical problems
- Collaborate closely with QA engineers to develop test plans and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared engineering standards and best practices
- Support and contribute to the continued development of Spriggy’s engineering culture as the team grows
Requirements
- 2+ years production experience with React and React Native
- Strong experience with C# and .NET (Core / 6 +)
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with clean architecture / layered architecture
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming (async/await)
- Experience with logging, error handling, and monitoring
- Strong understanding of component patterns, hooks, and state management
- Ability to design and optimise database schemas and queries
- Understanding of app lifecycle, permissions, and deep linking
- Knowledge of API security best practices
