  • VP Marketing & GTM Strategy at SPREAD, leading marketing for an AI SaaS company in manufacturing. Responsible for defining market narratives and driving go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Define SPREAD’s market narrative, positioning, and target segments
  • Design go-to-market strategies for key industries and accounts
  • Build an integrated marketing engine across thought leadership, ABM, demand, and product marketing
  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary marketing & BD team
  • Prepare executive-ready GTM plans and updates
  • Own the Engineering Intelligence narrative
  • Shape a content strategy using POV pieces, case studies, and talks
  • Identify strategic accounts and design account-specific programs
  • Maintain a structured view of each strategic account
  • Oversee integrated campaigns across content, events, digital, and partnerships
  • Define the core metrics for marketing effectiveness
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in B2B software or industrial technology
  • Experience designing or leading GTM strategy for high-ACV, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Proven track record of working closely with Sales and Product
  • Exposure to technical or engineering-driven products
  • Structured problem-solver
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills
  • Comfortable with data and metrics
  • Able to move between strategy and hands-on work
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven ability to build and lead teams
  • High sense of ownership for business outcomes
