About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager in the Monetization team at Spotify. Developing go-to-market strategies and improving product adoption for audio and video ad formats.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and distill ad format requirements & feedback
  • Develop structured competitive analyses for new format opportunities
  • Establish and complete cross-functional go-to-market launches
  • Produce product adoption reports identifying blockers and growth plans
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on ad formats
  • Commercialize the ad formats roadmap acting as key stakeholder for sales, operations, and partnerships teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of strategic product marketing experience
  • understanding of GTM plans
  • relevant experience spanning ad formats and self serve ad interfaces
  • BA or BS degree; MBA or quantitative graduate degree a plus but not required
  • experience with advertising customers
  • proficient using data/insights to inform product/GTM strategies
  • process oriented with ability to manage timelines and deliverables
  • empathetic to customer needs
  • ability to collate feedback to make strategic business recommendations
  • track record of collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
  • deep understanding of the digital advertising industry
  • passion for audio and video
  • ability to explain technical concepts in relatable language
