Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned locations and business functions;
Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and enhance employee engagement;
Advise management on policy interpretation, employee relations, and performance management;
Support organizational change and acquisition integration efforts to ensure alignment and consistency;
Collaborate with HR leadership on company-wide initiatives such as performance reviews, goal-setting, compensation, and engagement programs;
Work closely with Payroll and Benefits to resolve employee inquiries and maintain data accuracy;
Oversee key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding;
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions;
Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, development planning, and workplace best practices;
Lead or support HR projects related to policy updates, process improvements, and training initiatives;
Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and recommend strategic solutions;
Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion;
Act as a trusted advisor and resource for managers and employees alike.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required;
PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred;
Minimum five (5) years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or business partner role supporting multi-site operations;
Proficient in HRIS (Paylocity preferred) with strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws;
Skilled in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management;
Experience using HR metrics and analytics to support business decisions;
Working knowledge of compensation, benefits, and merit programs.
