Responsibilities
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and operations leaders to deeply understand role requirements and team needs
Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, feedback coordination, and offer support
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent, including targeted outreach, referrals, industry communities, and events
Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess technical and cultural alignment
Maintain accurate pipelines and candidate data in the ATS; provide hiring updates and insights to managers
Improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience as the team grows
Represent Specter Aerospace with professionalism, clarity, and enthusiasm
Requirements
Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
Several years of recruiting experience, with strong exposure to engineering or technical roles
Strong sourcing skills and comfort with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed , etc
Ability to understand and speak to technical concepts across engineering, manufacturing, and software domains (at a high level )
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for hard-to-fill technical roles
Strong communication , organization, and project management skills
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
