About the role

  • Senior Marketing Analyst at SPC Brasil, responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns. Focused on data-driven performance metrics and community engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop 360° campaign planning, integrating online and offline channels, branding and the company’s strategic initiatives.
  • Define KPIs and tracking metrics.
  • Direct the creative team to craft the ideal messaging according to audience profiles.
  • Manage execution of communication flows according to the proposed and approved plan.
  • Monitor the results of actions under your responsibility on a weekly basis.
  • Create clear, data-driven reports that identify insights for improvement in service of the objectives.
  • Plan initiatives to strengthen the sales channel with a focus on sales performance.
  • Research market trends and new opportunities to keep the brand competitive and innovative.
  • Conduct competitor and customer behavior analyses to support strategic decisions.
  • Support the construction of the marketing plan in collaboration with business areas.
  • Integrate with marketing, sales and product teams to ensure synergy and solid results.
  • Hold periodic meetings with stakeholders to align strategies and market opportunities.
  • Plan, organize and execute internal and market-facing events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Digital or related areas is desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience structuring integrated (360°) marketing campaign planning.
  • Knowledge and experience defining and measuring KPIs (CTR, ROI and NPS) and marketing campaign indicators.
  • Knowledge and experience with Digital Marketing tools.
  • Experience planning, conducting and tabulating/analyzing quantitative and qualitative research data.
  • Strong analytical skills to optimize actions based on data.
  • Creative, innovative and results-oriented profile.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • 7 years of experience in the area, preferably in business models such as franchises, cooperatives, insurance companies, credit bureaus, the financial market and B2B.
