Responsibilities
Oversee onboarding and implementation for new customers
Act as primary point of contact for accounts
Use SPICED framework for ongoing customer conversations
Monitor product usage and health scores
Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Capture product feedback and share insights with Product and Marketing
Prepare reports and account reviews
Requirements
At least 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success or account management in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven track record in driving retention and expansion
Strong consultative skills
Familiarity with SPICED framework or similar methodologies
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
Customer-centric, curious, and proactive mindset
Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Business, or related field preferred
