About the role

  • Customer Success Manager partnering with B2B clients to ensure value realization and retention of Spacewell's offerings. Driving product adoption and relationships with key stakeholders across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee onboarding and implementation for new customers
  • Act as primary point of contact for accounts
  • Use SPICED framework for ongoing customer conversations
  • Monitor product usage and health scores
  • Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Capture product feedback and share insights with Product and Marketing
  • Prepare reports and account reviews

Requirements

  • At least 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success or account management in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record in driving retention and expansion
  • Strong consultative skills
  • Familiarity with SPICED framework or similar methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Customer-centric, curious, and proactive mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Business, or related field preferred
