Requirements
Experience in acquisition, sales, or event marketing – ideally in sponsorship or media

Self-motivated, strong closing skills, and entrepreneurial mindset
Affinity for cultural, social, or innovative event formats
Good written and verbal communication skills (German, and English where applicable)
