About the role
- Web & Content Operations Manager responsible for website management and content operations at S+P Seminare. Supporting online activities with efficient digital processes and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Operational maintenance and management of our websites and landing pages
- Publishing, updating and structuring content (seminars, services, specialist content)
- Technical and organizational implementation of content specifications from Marketing and specialist departments
- Ensuring a clean content structure (navigation, page logic, linking)
- Support for technical SEO basics (structure, load times, page quality — not strategy)
- Coordination of online updates related to seminars, schedules and content
- Act as interface between Content/SEO, online seminar management and IT/service providers
- Quality assurance of online presence (up-to-dateness, consistency, user-friendliness)
- Use of modern digital tools and AI-assisted applications for efficient content implementation
Requirements
- Experience in web content, online editorial work or digital operations
- Confident handling of CMS systems (e.g., WordPress or similar)
- Understanding of digital content, website structures and user navigation
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
- Good English skills
- Structured, careful and reliable working style
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of implementation focus
- Enjoy working collaboratively with marketing, specialist departments and operational teams
