Responsibilities
Shape the future of compliance services as Chief Operating Officer
Oversee operational service delivery and manage strategic client relationships
Drive the implementation of innovative compliance solutions
Lead Compliance-as-a-Service (CaaS) operations and manage key client accounts
Oversee regulatory monitoring, gap assessments, and impact analyses
Develop and execute implementation concepts for new regulatory requirements
Collaborate with advisory and legal teams on cross-functional projects
Participate in strategic decision-making
Requirements
Completed university degree (e.g., law, finance, economics, or a related field), Bachelor’s degree or higher
Professional experience at a Big Four firm or within a regulated financial institution
In-depth knowledge of German and EU financial regulation (e.g., KWG, WpIG, WpHG, MaComp)
Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills
Strategic mindset and an interest in RegTech and digital compliance solutions
