Requirements
- Completed university degree (e.g., law, finance, economics, or a related field), Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Professional experience at a Big Four firm or within a regulated financial institution
- In-depth knowledge of German and EU financial regulation (e.g., KWG, WpIG, WpHG, MaComp)
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills
- Strategic mindset and an interest in RegTech and digital compliance solutions
