Responsibilities
Design and lead the company’s operating model to support scale, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and daily operations across all functions.

Drive improvements in service delivery, operational efficiency, and support performance by defining metrics, monitoring outcomes, and enabling continuous improvement.
Identify and remove structural and operational bottlenecks, accelerating project delivery, and improving cross-team collaboration and execution speed.
Build and strengthen operational leadership by empowering functional heads, developing management capability, and enabling autonomous decision-making.
Reduce founder dependency in operational decision-making by establishing clear ownership, scalable processes, and effective leadership structures.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence across the organization
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, General Management or Finance.
10+ years of experience in operations and/or finance roles, preferably within high-growth tech companies, startups, or R&D-driven environments.
Strong financial expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and operational reporting.
Proven operational leadership with experience in process optimization, KPI management, and scaling operational systems.
Experience managing procurement, vendor relationships, and supply chain operations within technology organizations.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite), MS Office, and data analysis tools.
A positive mind-set and people-oriented work ethic.
Strong operational leadership and experience scaling operating models in fast-growing environments.
Ability to translate strategy into clear execution plans and align cross-functional teams.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management.
