About the role

Responsibilities
- Scale and structure all operational processes (People, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Partner Enablement) across the company
- Build and manage strategic partnerships in Europe and English-speaking markets (e.g., with agencies, SaaS integrators, strategic partners/investors)
- Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies together with CEO, Product, and Sales
- Implement and manage OKRs as well as continuous performance and KPI tracking
- Establish an internationally scalable, technology-driven operating model
- Oversee financial planning, fundraising preparation, and reporting to investors
Requirements
- Several years' experience as COO, VP Operations, Chief of Staff, or a comparable role—ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven scale-up environment
- Strong skills in strategic partnership management (B2B/Enterprise), business development, or platform ecosystems
- Proven experience in building and leading scalable teams
- Excellent analytical skills and a KPI-driven mindset
- Deep understanding of digital business models
- Fluent spoken and written English and German
- Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude, high degree of ownership
