About the role
- Scrum Master facilitating technology and digital transformation squads with experience in IT projects and agile frameworks. Hybrid model based in Fortaleza with immediate start.
Responsibilities
- Lead all agile ceremonies for squads, including dailies, reviews, planning sessions and retrospectives.
- Support the team in adopting, evolving and maturing agile practices.
- Actively remove impediments, facilitating workflow and ensuring continuous delivery.
- Oversee and support projects with predictive or hybrid characteristics when needed.
- Work directly with Product Owners, developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity of objectives and prioritization.
- Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, transparency and effective cross-functional communication.
- Monitor performance metrics (velocity, lead time, throughput) and propose actions for improvement.
- Support data, digital product and AI initiatives, facilitating integration between technical teams and business areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master.
- Experience managing or facilitating IT projects, digital products, data initiatives and artificial intelligence projects.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, solution-oriented and delivery-focused profile.
- Experience with agile management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, IT Management or related fields.
- Certifications such as CSM, PSM, KMP or equivalent.
- Experience in the healthcare sector or companies with complex operations.
- Experience with distributed teams and high-complexity environments.
- Knowledge of agile metrics, continuous flow and scaling frameworks.
