About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage engaging digital content that attracts people with hearing problems
  • Develop creative concepts and campaign toolkits for reuse across different countries
  • Write and create content for multiple digital platforms (Native, Meta, Search)
  • Plan and manage cross-market content projects from start to finish
  • Write clear briefs and tickets to guide design, copy, and performance teams
  • Proofing content assets and ensuring campaigns move smoothly through final production
  • Understand content performance metrics and improve results through A/B testing approach
  • Maintain documentation, timelines, and overviews of content plans, workflows and processes

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with fluent English; additional European languages a plus
  • Proven experience in content creation, copywriting and digital marketing – preferably within a lead generation business
  • Solid experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong storytelling, conceptual thinking, and attention to detail
  • Confident with CMS platforms, Figma, Microsoft Teams, and project tools (Airtable, Jira, Confluence or similar)
  • Background in creative or advertising agencies preferred
  • Experience in multi-market content strategy and localization an advantage
