Responsibilities
Atención y seguimiento a requerimientos de clientes
Ingreso y gestión de pedidos en sistema
Coordinación con áreas de Producción, Logística y Ventas para asegurar entregas en tiempo
Actualización de información de pedidos, inventarios y cambios de especificación
Seguimiento a retroalimentación del cliente y gestión de acciones correctivas
Apoyo en administración de cuentas asignadas y cumplimiento de órdenes
Análisis y seguimiento de precios dentro de lineamientos establecidos
Generación de reportes de ventas y forecast
Actualización de bases de datos de clientes y oportunidades de negocio
Coordinación con Cuentas por Cobrar para temas de crédito y cobranza
Seguimiento a indicadores de servicio y satisfacción del cliente
Requirements
Licenciatura concluida en Administración, Comercio, Ingeniería o afín
Experiencia en Servicio al Cliente, Ventas internas o Administración de pedidos
Conocimiento en procesos de manufactura, logística o cadena de suministro (deseable ramo papelero)
Manejo de ERP / sistemas de órdenes de compra (deseable ORACLE)
Excel intermedio.
Inglés intermedio (deseable)
