About the role
- Senior AI Healthcare Engineer at Sonio, focusing on AI algorithms for prenatal screening and diagnosis improvements. Ensuring clinical data access and model training processes are effectively managed.
Responsibilities
- Get the right clinical understanding of the objective of fetal ultrasound in different anatomical areas
- Make sure you can access the data you need internally, and if not, manage and monitor the data collection effort.
- Organise and monitor the annotations work of our clinical experts to correctly train the model
- When necessary, implement specific ad-hoc algorithms to match clinical expectations
- Make sure the new models you were in charge of are correctly evaluated during regulatory submissions.
Requirements
- You hold a PhD in a relevant field or have a background in research
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience working on models that have been used by clients.
- You have already worked on medical images, & develop strong relationship with doctors
- Strong interest in computer vision, health and women's health, experience in healthcare/working with doctors is a strong plus
- You speak English and ideally French
