Responsibilities
Design and implement data‑driven, AI‑powered improvements across marketing systems
Partner with Product, Marketing and Engineering to create scalable, automated experiences
Drive the design and rollout of AI‑driven automation use cases across Marketing, Sales and Product
Analyze and optimize the lead‑to‑customer funnel in collaboration with CRM, Sales and Product teams
Co‑own the evolution of the lead scoring model
Partner with UX/UI, Marketing and Data to design and evaluate A/B tests
Use analytics tools to identify bottlenecks and measure automation impact
Requirements
3 – 5 years of experience in Product, Growth, Marketing Operations, Performance Marketing or CRM, ideally in a B2B or digital‑first environment
Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience in A/B testing, funnel and behavioral analysis and experiment design
Working knowledge of Braze (or similar), CDPs, CMS platforms and automation frameworks; able to translate technical requirements for engineering teams
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Legal and Analytics teams; capable of aligning technical and non‑technical stakeholders and make complex topics understandable for non‑technical stakeholders
Sound understanding of GDPR and privacy‑first marketing principles, especially consent and data minimization
Bonus: Deep experience implementing AI‑based workflows or predictive models in marketing technology environments.
