Conversational AI Delivery Engineer developing and maintaining Conversational AI solutions for a medical technology company. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective deployment and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Conversational AI solutions, ensuring stability and adherence to defined standards
Apply NLU tuning (e.g., utterances, intents, entities) to improve bot performance and user experience
Contribute to the design and maintenance of Conversational flows, integrations, system diagrams, and technical documentation
Support the identification and documentation of business requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts and Product team members
Collaborate with other developers and engineers, and share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members as appropriate
Support DevOps practices for Conversational AI systems by following established CI/CD and release processes
Assist with deployments across environments and support release activities
Support troubleshooting of deployment issues and system performance
Contribute to defect investigation and root cause analysis, and help apply corrective actions to existing projects
Ensure solutions include required logging, monitoring, and diagnostic features
Use testing tools to execute functional, regression, integration, and usability tests
Review analytics and telemetry data to help identify defects or improvement opportunities
Support maintenance and updates of dashboards and analytics pipelines
Work closely with Operations, Product, and Delivery team members to support successful solution delivery
Support UAT activities with business stakeholders by addressing defects and incorporating feedback to ensure proper validation of solutions
Continuously develop technical and domain knowledge in Conversational AI delivery and platform practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of experience in software delivery, DevOps, or Conversational AI-related roles
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jira)
Experience with Conversational AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Amelia)
Basic understanding of software delivery, testing, and release processes
Advanced English proficiency.
