About the role

  • Brand Strategy & Content Lead driving marketing strategies for Sonio's AI-based prenatal screening tool. Collaborating with leadership to build brand story and manage visibility in the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Build Sonio’s brand story in collaboration with the CEO and other leaders
  • Own Sonio’s brand positioning and Sonio’s visibility in the US
  • Build our content strategy, defining key topics & channels & produce key pieces of content yourself
  • Own events end-to-end: map and prioritise events with Leadership & Sales, build narratives & assets, manage logistics, ensure follow-up
  • Establish strategic partnerships: joint studies & publications, co-marketing
  • Manage awareness channels: social presence, blog agenda, webinars, podcasts

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing with at least 4-5 years of experience
  • You are Pragmatic & organised, able to go from strategic thinking to operational execution
  • You can turn clinical & technical outputs/claims into relevant case studies, organise, coordinate and leverage customer testimonials, and create, when necessary, solid slide decks/one-pagers
  • You are comfortable approaching, nurturing, and activating clinicians/societies/other strategic partners with the help of the Revenue Leadership team
  • You operate independently with minimal supervision, push work forward without waiting for instructions and comfortable reporting directly to the CEO (rapid, results-first and solution-oriented updates & communications)
  • Strong planning discipline, runs projects with checklists, milestones, cross-team coordination and reliable follow-through
  • Nice to have: US healthcare market knowledge
