Responsibilities
Support the organization of the trade promotional calendar, ensuring it is up to date and aligned with the marketing strategy.
Monitor the execution of promotional activities with the sales team, assisting with materials checks, deadlines and alignments.
Contribute to data collection and analysis of customer behavior, identifying opportunities based on information provided by the team.
Support preparation for sales conventions, helping organize materials, presentations and logistical requirements.
Liaise with suppliers to support the briefing, production and distribution process for brand materials.
Assist in organizing and monitoring incentive campaigns for the commercial team.
Produce results reports on actions for the manager, consolidating data and extracting basic learnings.
Track sales and product turnover indicators, reporting deviations and opportunities to the manager.
Support the implementation and monitoring of POS (point of sale) projects, helping ensure a good shopping experience.
Help implement sales incentive programs, monitoring team participation and performance.
Monitor retail activity, conducting initial research and analysis on trends, competitors and opportunities.
Open and follow up on payment requests/tickets.
Create briefings for the graphic design team.
Act as an interface with internal areas (commercial/sales team, styling, branding, graphic design, digital and visual merchandising).
Requirements
Degree or work experience in Communication or Marketing
Driven by creative intuition but able to analyze data and read/interpret performance reports
Well-developed organization, creativity, innovation and communication skills
