About the role

  • FARM is seeking a Business Partner to support talent development and act strategically with client leadership. Engage in initiatives for culture, performance, and organizational management.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to area leaders, supporting organizational and people management decisions;
  • Lead and follow up on core people cycle activities (movements, performance, succession, metrics and governance), ensuring consistency and quality of deliverables;
  • Lead initiatives for leadership development, organizational climate and culture, including diagnostics, action plans and feedback to teams;
  • Maintain active liaison with specialist areas (People Ops, Talent, Compensation and Internal Communications), coordinating integrated solutions for the business needs;
  • Produce data analyses and people analytics insights, supporting recommendations and executive materials for leadership forums;
  • Ensure execution and follow-up of priority plans, demonstrating autonomy, critical thinking and a focus on organizational impact.

Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Previous experience as a generalist HR professional or Business Partner, with experience in people cycle agendas (performance, development, movements and culture);
  • Ability to work autonomously and act consultatively with leaders, supporting diagnostics and people strategy recommendations;
  • Strong organizational skills, sense of priority and responsibility in managing multiple simultaneous demands;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, emotional maturity and ability to navigate dynamic, collaborative environments;
  • Hands-on profile with critical thinking, execution orientation and commitment to continuous improvement;
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to structure analyses and executive materials for leadership forums;
  • Plus: experience in creative areas or fashion/lifestyle businesses, with sensitivity to creative culture and context;
  • Plus: English proficiency.
