- Partner closely with Capability team, business stakeholders and subject matter experts

- Responsible for designing and facilitating a range of learning experiences
- Keep training content current and relevant, ensuring alignment with legislative and policy changes
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and contribute to broader Retail Bank initiatives
Requirements
- Strong experience in regulated credit and residential lending within a retail banking environment
